History
In experiments using conventional culture systems, there are limits such as the removal of mechanical stress other than humoral factors, and the cells themselves dedifferentiate and lose their physiological properties in vivo.
Also, considering the tissue engineering in regenerative medicine, it is clear that when cultured under mechanical stress such as cultured skin, fibroblasts, bones, and vascular cells, the expression of various proteins is increased and the proliferative capacity is activated. Therefore, it is known that a tissue having excellent strength is formed.
Therefore, utilizing the research results of the Graduate School of Medicine, Nagoya University, we established a company that researches and develops a system that can culture while applying mechanical stress to tissues and cells.
Business
In order to elucidate the mechanical stress receiving mechanism, we are researching, developing and manufacturing systems that can be used for medical research.
We are developing a three-dimensional culture system that can be applied to regenerative medicine and tissue engineering, and a device that stimulates and loads various cells. We are also working on the development and manufacture of a “Control Rate Freezer” that can effectively freeze iPS / ES cells, stem cells, cord blood, and sperm.
We can propose excellent designs and systems that can respond immediately to the needs of researchers. We are a group with abundant experience and knowledge, and can carry out research and development to realize unique and creative ideas. That is also our great pride.
